Books and physical products

Due to the nature of physical book products:

  • Change-of-mind refunds are not offered.
  • A refund or replacement will only be issued if your item arrives damaged or faulty.
  • If your item arrives damaged:
    1. Email us at jowilcoxauthor@gmail.com within seven days of delivery.
    2. Include clear photos of the damage.
    3. Provide your order number.
    Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Digital products (if applicable)

If any digital products are sold on this website (such as ebooks, downloads or bonuses):

  • All digital sales are final
  • No refunds can be provided once the file has been delivered
